TONIGHT: The Climate Reality Project on Wednesday 5/30 from 7-8PM at the H-W Library

H-W Green presents The Climate Reality Project on Wednesday 5/30 from 7-8PM at the H-W Library.  "The Climate Reality Project is bringing the facts about the climate crisis into the mainstream and engaging the public in conversation about how to solve it. We help citizens around the world discover the truth and take meaningful steps to bring about change. Founded and chaired by Al Gore, Nobel Laureate and former Vice President of the United States, The Climate Reality Project has more than 5 million members and supporters world wide. It is guided by one simple truth: the climate crisis is real and we know how to solve it."
The program is presented by Tina Woolston, the Director of the Office of Sustainability at Tufts University.

Community Garden is Created!

Community Garden Buildout Day a Huge Success!
30 Raised Beds were built and filled with compost; paths were
covered with wood chips, and a good time was had by all.
Thanks to Chiropractor Jerry Gould for the live music!

Thanks to Brick Ends Farm for donating the compost, and to business sponsors Jolie Tea, Corliss Brothers, Grassy Roots, and Timeless Interiors.
Grant Support from New England Grassroots Environmental Fund and New England Biolabs.
And of course the Hamilton Wenham Open Land Trust - without them none of this would be possible!
